The grands vins de Bourgogne
Lying on the border between the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise, a stay in this region offers the chance to visit the surrounding villages and taste all the finest appellations (Santenay, Rully, Mercurey, Chassagne-Montrachet…).

Beaune (15 minutes)
Visit the hospices, sample a Burgundy wine in an age-old cellar, take a bike ride along the wine route, visit the Notre Dame basilica – there are a thousand and one ways to discover Beaune and its surroundings!

Dijon (50 minutes)
Take the opportunity to visit the historic capital of Burgundy. The Palace of the Dukes, the Saint-Bénigne cathedral and many other monuments and splendid architecture await you. A ramble through these streets and alleys will reveal the many gems that this city has to offer.

Chalon sur Saône (20 minutes)
This birthplace of Nicéphore Niepce is not only where photography was born, its river port is the source of important regional trade. From festivals to markets and from fairs to carnivals, you just have to wander along the pedestrian streets to discover that life unfolds on the streets in Chalon.

Walks and hikes
Enjoy walking or hiking along the many marked trails in the vineyards, through the woods towards Mont Rome or the Montagne des Trois Croix; the green cycle path is very close and runs along the centre canal; boat rental is also possible here.
